Motivate & Advocate Support Services (MASS) was founded and established by Chawntalay Jackson, who serves as the Executive Director of the organization. Chawntalay brings with her a robust background in psychology, complemented by a Masters Degree in Social Work from the esteemed University of California State Dominguez Hills. Throughout her time working in the field of social work, she has gained valuable insights and knowledge from various systems, as well as the profound impact these systems have on families, along with the individuals that we serve. Chawntalay has dedicated over 8 years to working with adults who experience a range of developmental and intellectual disabilities. Her extensive work includes providing essential support to adults who are diagnosed with ADHD, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorder.

MASS firmly believes that every individual is entitled to reside in their own homes and within their preferred communities. Additionally, the organization upholds that everyone has the right to actively participate in all life decisions, become engaged residents in their communities, and be afforded every opportunity to maximize their greatest potential. In this spirit, MASS works diligently to provide each individual with the motivation to learn and adapt to new skills, while also advocating for the necessary resources they need to achieve success in their personal journeys.
